Triple-T Owner, Brandon Hanley, started working right out of high school at MAG Stainless in 2012, learning the welding field working on the road building stainless steel pipe work for Dairy/Food Process Plants. After deciding to move on from a traveling position to a permanent location, he started a new job at the Chippewa Falls Advanced Laser in 2014. Soon after being hired as a production welder, management realized Brandon had much more skill and was quickly moved into working closely with the engineering team to build new jigs/fixtures to help speed up and simplify the production process. Together with the engineering team, they created a form called an SOP (standard operation procedure). This was a step by step process on how to weld each individual part so it was faster for the production welders. Brandon would build all new parts for any new customer that came in, figuring out the blue prints and setting the standard on how each part needed to be finished before shipping it off to the rest of the welding department to be mass produced.

As Brandon was working for Advanced Laser, he also started buying his own welding equipment. He knew that working for another business was not his forever career, and had great aspirations to start his own welding business. Taking what he learned at his previous jobs, Brandon bought his first 5′ x 10′ CNC Plasma Table and started doing welding work out of his parents’ 2 car garage. What started out with him working round the clock making custom metal signs, last name signs, smaller business signs, and odds & ends repair work, quickly turned into what it is today thanks to his first staircase customer, Craig Young.

Craig and his wife had just built a beautiful home on Lake Wissota, but had no way of getting down to the lake from their home. He knew he didn’t want to stick a bunch of money into wood stairs knowing that they would eventually rot away, so he asked Brandon to design him up a set of aluminum stairs. Not having done something like this before, Brandon spent a lot of time figuring out a design before presenting it to Craig and landing the job. From there the business took off via word of mouth. No one else on the lake had anything to the caliber of stairs Brandon created, and to this day Triple-T can proudly say they have been able to build over 100+ stairways without a single complaint from any customer.

To this day Brandon makes sure they still build the best quality of product that they absolutely can. OUR UNIQUE PROCESS

We want to work with you to make your life as easy as possible, and believe our process does just that!

INITIAL MEETING

Brandon will come out to your property and talk through with you what you are hoping to accomplish. He will take rough measurements within 1ft of each section of the project, and take it back to the shop to then create an estimate.

ESTIMATES & APPROVALS

Brandon will create an estimate for your project based on the rough measurements he took. Once approved, he will return to your property to take exact measurements and sketch up the project to send in for zoning approval.

BUILD & INSTALLATION

Once zoning is approved, the Triple-T team will get to work building your custom project. Once complete, the team will work with you on a time to come out, remove any old structures, and install your new custom piece!
